User Conduct and Rules

Client Materials and User Content

Clients may provide documents, business records, and other materials needed for tax and legal services. These materials remain the client's property but are used under the terms below.

You retain ownership of client materials you submit. By providing materials you represent you have the right to share them with Taxonelaw for the purpose of receiving services.

You grant Taxonelaw a limited, non-exclusive license to use your materials solely to perform the agreed services, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise permitted in this agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials are accurate and complete. Taxonelaw relies on your cooperation to provide effective tax and legal support.

Upon completion or termination of services, Taxonelaw will return or securely delete client materials as agreed, subject to retention required by law or professional obligations.

Intellectual Property

Paid Services and Fees

Pricing is provided upfront in proposals or fee schedules. Estimated fees are based on the expected scope; additional tasks outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges with prior client approval.

Payments are due as specified in your invoice. Accepted payment methods are indicated on invoices. Late payments may result in service suspension until outstanding amounts are cleared.

Subscription or retainer arrangements, if offered, will be documented with details of monthly scope, billing cycles and termination provisions.

Refunds for paid services are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the service type and work performed. Any refund policy will be described in the engagement terms.

Clients may cancel services in accordance with the terms in the engagement letter. Taxonelaw may invoice for work performed up to the cancellation date.

Applicable taxes and government fees are the responsibility of the client and will be applied to invoices where required by law.

Communications

Governing Law
